Jim Hill Media reports that Disney is currently offerring Lizzie McGuire star Hillary Duff a large sum of money to take on the role of Dorothy in Muppets’ Wizard of Oz. Should Duff agree to play Dorothy in the film, it will be the first time ever that Oz author L. Frank Baum’s heroine will be portrayed as he originally envisioned her: a blonde!
