Variety, via Coming Soon!, reports that Kevin James (CBS’ The King of Queens) will voice the lead character, a party-animal cow named Otis, in Paramount and Nickelodeon Movies’ CGI-animated feature The Barnyard. In affiliation with his Omation studios, Steve Oedekerk (Bruce Almighty, Ace Ventura) will serve as writer, producer, and director for the motion picture. The Barnyard focuses on “Otis and his misfit friends who play tricks on humans, sing, dance and party. When Otis is suddenly placed in a position of responsibility around the barnyard, he must find the courage and confidence to be a leader.”
