According to its creator, Kaze: Ghost Warrior is an extreme case, to prove a point. And that point is that the technology exists today to allow a single filmmaker, through the medium of CGI (Computer Graphic Imagery,) to do what Industry Professionals accept should take hundreds of people working with a budget of millions of dollars. This short CG film was created by Timothy Albee in only six months, using two computers running Lightwave. The short is a samurai movie with a cast of animals: Kaze the tiger, Itsua the wolf, Yashin the rat etc. You can see screenshots from this fascinating project on the official web page, and also download the trailer.
