As MGM Home Entertainment gets set to release a new DVD collection, The Best Of Mister Ed: Volume One, next week, actor Alan Young, who went on post-Ed to speak for Scrooge McDuck in Mickey’s Christmas Carol, from 1983, through TV’s Duck Tales and House Of Mouse, talks to Film Stew about the show and his cartoon career, as well as roles in films such as The Time Machine (both the 1960 original and 2002 remake).
