1Up.com has impressions about an unfinished version of Square Enix’s CG feature based on the videogame of the same name that was presented at the Venice Film Festival. The movie takes place two years after the conclusion of the FFVII game and is now scheduled for release Spring 2005 on DVD and UMD (the Universal Media Disc format used in the PSP, the upcoming handheld from Sony).
