ShowBiz Data reports that Disney Copmany CEO Michael Eisner, who was recently stripped of his additional Chairman role, has said that he’s “happy with this arrangement” and that he will now be able to “devote more time to working with company executives on reinvigorating the company’s animation unit and reviving the ABC television network”. Speaking about Roy Disney’s efforts to oust him completely from the company, Eisner said “There is still noise out there, there will be noise out there as long as my enemies are my enemies. But I’ve never been more confident about the prospects of the company”.
