Beginning to use its growing presence in India, The Walt Disney Company will launch three new TV channels in the area over the next twelve months, reports Reuters. David Hulbert, president of Walt Disney Television International, said that one of the three channels would have programing similar to Disney’s US network ABC, while one would be a children’s channel. Disney is also set to launch a version of ABC in the United Kingdom, which will feature a mix of American and local programming.
