The AP reports that a lawsuit against Disney brought by Gary K. Wolf, the author of the novel on which the Who Framed Roger Rabbit was based, has been reinstated by an appeals court after being dismissed by a lower court. Wolf claims he is owed millions of dollars in royalties from merchandising profits from the film.
