This being a rather slow news day, how about stopping over at The Walt Disney Family Museum, a wonderful online resource for admirers of Walt himself, populated with memories of working and living with Walt from his many friends and family. “Founded in 1995, the Foundation strives to promote and produce serious discussion, writing, and scholarship about the life, work, and philosophy of Walt Disney” reads the inscription to the site, maintained by Richard and Katherine Greene and hosted by Disney Online, on behalf of Walt’s family.

This month: Dean Jones looks back on working for Walt, and the Film Theater carries footage on various topics (shot by the team who produced the Walt: The Man Behind The Myth documentary), including more Dean Jones, Walt playing baseball, and interviews with Ken Annakin, Buddy Baker, Mary Costa and Richard Sherman. Plus much more, all available in 56k and Broadband configurations – and well worth spending some time on for Walt and animation fans alike!
