A couple of DVD updates for you this morning: today seas the release of Disney/Pixar’s fintastic underwater adventure comedy Finding Nemo, in a special 2-disc edition packed with fun bonus features, including the 1989 computer animated short Knick Knack. Still swimming high in theatrical charts around the world and officially the biggest grossing film of the year in the US, Nemo is sure to find a plaice in every collection – it’s quite a catch! Apologies for the bad puns.

Also of some interest to Disney fans: Davis DVD just announced the specs for the release of another family hit this summer, Spy Kids 3-D, a film that gamely tries to resurrect two ancient film gimmicks: 3-D and Sylvester Stallone. The movie, which features tons of CGI eye candy, comes out on disc February 24th 2004.
