The Internet Movie Database reports, “The British Board of Film Classification has accused Disney’s overseas distribution company, Buena Vista International, and MGM of failing to include appropriate ratings notices and warnings about the content of their films in their advertising. The BBC said that in many cases the required warnings were either nonexistent or hardly visible.”
