So, let’s say you call in sick to work on Friday, November 14, 2003, get the kids out of school and your wife (or husband) out of their yoga class and go to catch the very first showing of Looney Tunes: Back In Action at your local theater and you all have a wonderful time. Then let’s say Saturday, November 15, 2003 comes and you’re wondering what to do because now that you’ve seen it there’s simply nothing left to live for. Well, we have the answer.
Get yourself down to the Edwards Irvine Spectrum 21 in lovely downtown Orange County, CA to “meet Bugs and Daffy on the pavilion from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.,” then head to the lobby to “Meet Director Joe Dante, Animation Director Eric Goldberg, and Chief Voice Actor Joe Alaskey in the main lobby and for a Questions & Answer discussion before a selected showing of Looney Tunes.” You can also meet “special guests Linda Jones & Craig Kausen,” and view “dozens of Chuck Jones’ favorite Looney Tunes art in the lobby.” And there’s also a “Prize wheel with great prizes for kids up to age 12!”
I’m planning on being there so if you wanna meet me I’m about six feet tall with blonde hair and blue eyes so I’ll be impossible to miss. And, as Porky Pig would say, “That’s all folks!”
