If you’re one of the many people who thought that those LEGO characters in the upcoming Lego Movie very much looked like the real thing, fear not, for your eyes weren’t playing tricks on you. At Comic-Con today, it was officially revealed that the film would be a mix of stop-motion animation and CGI, i09 is reporting. “The LEGO Movie is part-CGI and part actual real LEGO bricks in stop-motion, and (directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord) told the audience they absolutely do not want you to be able to tell which is which.” The Lego Movie opens everywhere next February.
