The Desert Sun has a behind-the-scenes look at DreamWorks’ animated short First Flight. With three years and 80 employees, Cameron Hood and Kyle Jefferson directed the film. Their efforts were rewarded last May, when First Flight flew into 500 theaters, attached to fellow DreamWorks project Over the Hedge.
