NEW YORK and BURBANK, CA – February 9, 2006 . . . Full episodes of popular original series from Disney Channel and Jetix will be available for viewing online starting later this year, it was announced today by Rich Ross, President, Disney Channel Worldwide and Albert Cheng, Executive Vice President, Digital Media, Disney ABC Television Group.

Beginning this spring, kids can log on to DisneyChannel.com and Jetix.tv and stream full-length episodes of the hit series That’s So Raven, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Kim Possible, Power Rangers and Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!, among others, free and on-demand.

“Early adopters of new technology by nature, our kid viewers expect to be able to access their favorite shows and stars on a wide variety of devices wherever they are, be it at home or on the school bus,” said Ross. “Making these series available online, on air and via subscription video-on-demand allows us to super-serve our audience which further connects them to our brands.”

“Offering full episodes of our Company’s most popular kids’ shows online not only creates a unique, interactive entertainment experience for our young viewers, but is further evidence of our continued dedication to utilize technology to provide consumers with choice,” said Cheng. “We want to ensure that consumers have the ability to connect with our content when, where and how they choose.”

Video content on the websites will be accompanied by advertisements with advertisers having the ability to stream full-length or customized spots adjacent to the series content, in addition to fixed display advertising. The broadband sites are being developed in conjunction with Disney Online.

In addition to select episodes of numerous Disney Channel and Jetix series, short form content, music videos and Disney Channel Original Movie “bonus” materials will also be available online. Video content will be refreshed on a weekly basis.

Disney Channel is the only television network dedicated to kid-driven, family inclusive programming 24 hours a day.
