Captain Underpants opens

Dreamworks’ Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie[1] opens today in 3,434 theatres, according to Box Office Mojo[2]. The film is doing very well with the critics, earning an 82% freshness rating at Rotten Tomatoes[3]. BOM projects[4] a second place weekend, behind Wonder Woman, with $28.8 million.
