The Wild Life opens

The Wild Life[1] opens today in 2,493 theatres according to Box Office Mojo[2]. The film is getting pummeled by the critics with just a 15% rating at Rotten Tomatoes[3]. A representative comment from the Washington Post[4]: “It’s no great shock when a movie based on a beloved book falls short of the original, but few fail as confoundingly as The Wild Life“. BOM[5] projects a fifth place opening weekend finish for the film with $4.6 million.
