Doctor Strange, Trolls score big at box office

It’s a good weekend for the box office as both Doctor Strange and Trolls both saw big opening weekends, Box Office Mojo[1] is reporting. The latest from Marvel earned a huge $84.9 million for its debut, while Trolls beat most projections by more than $10 million with a strong $45 million. Both Strange and Trolls also fared quite well with critics, with “freshness” ratings of 90% and 74%, respectively, and scored “A” CinemaScores from audiences. Final numbers are due tomorrow.
