Some dedicated Simpsons fans, who also happen to know their way around cars, have recreated The Homer according to Time. In the episode Oh Brother, Where Art Thou? way back in the golden days of the second season, Home met his long lost half brother, who ran a car company. He allowed Home to build a car for the average man and The Homer, a monstrosity of a car, was the result. The team at Porcubimmer Motors not only built, but raced the car too. According to Deadline, they came in 5th out of 150 racers and won the prize for Best Theme.
