Royal ratings for Sofia the First

Disney’s much-marketed TV movie Sofia the First: Once Upon a Princess saw a very strong reception on Sunday night, earning 5.2 million viewers, THR[1] is reporting. Roughly more than a million of those viewers were adults, while the remaining audience fell into the 2-11 age range. The film is set to launch a TV series for Disney, with the studio gambling that its title character will prove very marketable for them.
