Kristen Stewart joining Akira?

[1]With the live-action Akira remake finally making its way toward production, Twitch[2] is reporting that Twilight actress Kristen Stewart might be up for the female lead in the film. Other actors who are apparently being offered roles include Gary Oldman, Keira Knightley and Helena Bonham Carter. Said to have a production budget of at least $90 million, the Akira remake is currently without a release date.
