Bollywood Star to be Honored in an Animated Film

Bollywood[1] has cosigned animation to the children’s entertainment market, but producer Madhu Mantena wants to move into the adult sector with a film honoring the “animated” actor Shammi Kapor. Mantena will use twenty-six of Kapor’s most famous musical numbers and incorporate them into a film using the best graphic artists available. Technicians from an undisclosed studio in Los Angeles have been attached to the project. No other details have been released about the film.
