According to Variety[1], a new animation house titled Bedrock Studios has plans for creating family-friendly films with budgets under $35 million. Their first project, centered around a pair of turkeys who discover a time machine, is currently in pre-production, with Owen Wilson and Woody Harrelson voicing the lead characters. Set to hit theaters sometime in 2011, the film should be the first in a line-up of features the studio has planned, which also includes Rats of NIMH, A Wrinkle in Time, and Dinosaur Bob.
