Empire Online[1] recently spoke with DreamWorks Animation honcho Jeffery Katzenberg, who revealed some plans for the future of the studio as far as sequels are concerned. He says that the plan is very clear for the Madagascar franchise, indicating that the third film–already in production–will end in a way to set up a fourth and final installment. He also confirmed reports from earlier that as many as six Kung Fu Panda films could be made, and said that there will be at least two more sequels ahead for this year’s critically acclaimed How to Train Your Dragon. The full interview with Jeffery Katzenberg–in which he talks about Shrek Forever After–can be found here[2].
