Brad Bird wins Golden Tomato Award

goldentomato.JPGBrad Bird, director of last year’s animated hit Ratatouille, has received the Golden Tomato Award[1], an honor rewarded yearly by movie website Rotten Tomatoes[2], where Bird is also featured in an interview about the award. This is the second Golden Tomato Bird has received, the first being for The Incredibles in 2004. Ratatouille was deemed the best reviewed wide release of 2007 on the site, taking number one spot in a list of ten different films with a fresh rating of 96%. Disney’s Enchanted was also included[3] in the top ten list, coming in at number nine with a 93% rating.
