Home Media Retailing indicates that The Walt Disney Co. has sold 1.3 million movies through iTunes since placing them at the online store last October. The one million mark was exceeded during the holidays, when the company placed such popular films as Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and Cars at iTunes.
