In preparation for a retrospective screening of his work at the Northwest Film Center’s Whitsell Auditorium last Wednesday, Henry Selick was interviewed by The Oregonian[1]. Topics the director discussed include computer animation and his stop-motion influences, as well as such films as Coraline, Moongirl and the upcoming 3-D version of Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
