Over at DVD Toons, the Ink And Paint Club[1] is a great place to brush up on cartoon history and discover a few rarities. This time around, Randall Cyrenne clocks in with an article on EC Segar’s amazingly popular and durable creation Popeye The Sailor, this year celebrating his 75th Anniversary.
