Ice Age 2 release date?

Dark Horizons[1] is reporting that the sequel to Fox and Blue Sky’s 2002 hit film will have a March 2006 release date, while Coming Soon![2] has a more specific date of March 31, 2006. This is the first time since last October any rumors or information about the film has appeared, when rumors[3] of a possible title surfaced.
